likely to be on beta blockers (which dulled his "performance" and likewise left him unable to deal with jet lag), may well be experiencing syncope (heart arrhythmias that can lead to fainting) and potentially, TIAs (transient ischemic attacks) that (along with everything else, including probable dementia with "sundowning&quot may explain his episode in Israel, where he initially walked off the stage in an apparent haze.

was linked to dementia.

My Mom developed viral cardiomyopathy which led to congestive heart failure so I very much appreciate what you are going through. Thankfully we have a lot of good medical advances to help today. I hope that is the case with you.

So very sorry that you thought I was saying otherwise. Be well.

Which is were the heart muscle is too weak to circulate the blood through the wbole body Causes tiredness, shortness of breath and swelling of the limbs. You can live a long time with it, but it would be hard to keep up a stressful lifestyle.or to.walk 700 yards.

And also about the congestive heart failure that he is not managing. With his swelling up so easily from day to day...tells me he is not managed. Every time I see him...he is a different size. And look at his skin...it is pasty, dry, and lacks any glow.

He feels awful, thus gets irritable, cantankerous, and blows his stack! I imagine his blood pressure is way high too...he will probably have either a stroke or heart attack soon. Just a guess since he is not managing any of it.

You may be right. We can't be sure, but he certainly has some awful signs of both pathologies.

I wonder how long before he gives a speech and just totally falls apart, thinking he's on the campaign trail running against HRC. Or develops classic heart attack symptoms in front of his staff and they call a dr for him.

I doubt she's ever done a lick of volunteer work, like being a candy striper. Taking care of the infirm and sick people is dirty work. The only thing they know about is making money. I doubt they know much of anything about health except what their personal trainers have taught them. They won't recognize disease states.

Yes, I'm biased about this, but it's my opinion.

He was already a blithering clown, but he's even worse.

He could very well have congestive heart failure from which he would have shortness of breath and just general intolerance to exercise. . .

But then again, Pussy Grabber is obese and obviously doesn't think ANY form of exercise is good, so his shortness of breath could simply be related to his rotund, flabby body and porcine eating habits.
