Sara Murray's reporting voice on CNN
Irritates me. I don't know what to call it, maybe "voiceover reporter's frequency bouncing."
She reads her report over video. Her voice will spike in tone every few words or even syllables, by about a fifth or so. It makes my head feel like it's being dribbled all over the floor. I rarely hear that with men's voices when they report.
