Timing
I believe when the big "it" of this investigation breaks it will be this fall. Mueller and team will figure people won't be paying much attention during the summer. I believe they are building an air tight case against trump and his entire campaign and family, that will include top GOPers on the grounds of knowingly or negligently (should have known..) using laundered money from Russia for their campaigns.
Mueller will want us to enjoy this last summer of our innocence, and to absorb the true horror gradually. The disclosure that the dossier is largely true, including the most salacious bits, is going to be explosive and destablizing to our nation and the world. This is why the dour faces on Waters, other Dems, and Republicans looped in to the intelligence..
Responsible leaders will have to start figuring out how to tamp down violence, plan for succession, and put this country back together.
