One little problem w/Trump's "solar wall"

individual, so why would anyone expect anything sensible to ever come out of his cake-hole?

Where is the wall to be placed? Is Mexico going to let Trump build it on their side of the Rio Grande? The wall will probably not be built in the actual river. So, Trump's proposal is to give away American access to the river? How is that going to make America great?
