1. Because a russian interference would mean that he didn't beat Hillary fair and square.

I am convinced that Trump was not personally involved in the russian interference, merely his underlings. His ego is the reason why he refuses to even consider russian interference: If the Russians won the election for him, then his victory doesn't count.

And Trump is mortally afraid of being not good enough. That's where his constant need to be worshipped and praised comes from. That's why he cannot stop talking about the Electoral College: He thinks that mentioning his victory will make people praise and bow down to him. And he gets confused and angry when people disrespect him.

Why not just 'voter fraud panel?' He puts the 'very distinguished' in there because he knows it's nothing of the sort. He also capitalizes VOTER FRAUD so you won't question whether such a thing even exists.
