So long as we have a free press...

...we have the truth on our side.

The truth is a powerful weapon.

If we were to lose one inch of our right to a free press, It would be a great loss.

Reporters following the dictates of White House spokespeople are surrendering part of their privilege to report the news to the American people. They should surrender nothing. The White House does not get to make the rules for their own game.

fan of the mainstream media. But I have to give credit to the NY Times, Washington Post, MSNBC, and CNN, for stepping up to the plate. Some of the reporting is outstanding.

I would agree. There should be some Pulitzer prizes amongst them, I would think?

I've encountered a couple guys from the NY Times. And I am very impressed with the Washington Post.
