Polls Show Divided Nation

According to the .. NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, taken in late June, Trump’s overall .. rating stands at 40 percent approve, 55 percent disapprove. A deep split emerges if you break the rating down by party ...

... by a 2-to-1 margin, Americans say they are more likely to believe former FBI Director James Comey than President Donald Trump when it comes to their differing accounts of events that led up to Comey's firing, according to a different NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

But keep I mind that in some southern areas there are still conservative Democrats who have not realigned as Republicans.

It wont, so we are beyond fixing unless we resolve many issues very quickly.

Too many of us are simply filled with ignorant hatred of others who look different.

I do wonder, though, about the 6% of Dems who supposedly support the fascist.

Republicans are not much more than a self-righteous cult of greedy bigots and WWE fans. The Fake President knew his starry-eyed fan base would love that WWE move on CNN.

They don't post the breakdown of who was polled. Or, at least I couldn't find it. They linked the numbers from another poll, and 82% of the respondents were white. It also skewed a bit toward older people. Which means that republicans were probably over-represented. It would not surprise me if that's the case with this poll, as well. And, one thing to keep in mind: There are a lot more Democrats and Independents than there are republicans.
