Is he a master of distraction?

Like so many people are saying?

I don't think so. I think he just wants to be the center of attention. All the time.

He just does horrible and outrageous stuff so he is constantly in the news. And he can see his picture and name everywhere he looks.

And it works.

He has no self-control because he's never been held accountable for his actions or words, so he continues to be outrageous to get attention. I hope some of his tweets are incriminating & he sends himself to jail.

He doesn't want to be POTUS and is continually looking for ways to be removed from office so he can concentrate on his businesses. He could resign, but his ego is too big to do something so weak-appearing. He's completely in over his head trying to be president.

He seems to be absolutely miserable.

He has no friends. His wife doesn't seem very into him. His kids seem to just have a really disturbing relationship to hiim.

He doesn't seem to have any redeeming qualities.

The man is just a mess.

I used to think that he'd resign once he realized what the job actually entailed. But in his world there are winners or losers and he definitely doesn't want to be seen as a loser.

...as if it were a genius maneuver.

Why is it ignored that he's every bit as likely to do it when he's stepping on his own "message" or on possible positive news from his people or the Republican congress that he could claim credit for?

Look at the threads here. Far more about his tweets and behavior than the policies he's driving for.

I could be wrong though.

Rachel Maddow seems to.

But if you look at his campaign he did the same thing. He just sucked up all the airspace. All the time.

that I'm not seeing many discussions on the judiciary, climate change, the travel ban, the wall, tax cuts, etc.
