(4,919 posts)MSNBC displays a "LIVE" sticker on it's logo on the bottom of it's screen whenever it's live... The third hour of Morning Joe is not live, for example, and the lower third does not display the "LIVE" emblem on the logo. That's how you can tell.
This is a long holiday weekend... However, there may be occasional live news updates during these repeats which will display the "LIVE" logo whenever they cut in.

Our ch MSNBC too her night sho off so I have to get home by 6 (ha/0 or stay up till 1 am to watch her. Used to be able to catch her at 8 or 10.
And today I read that sh'll be off on Fridays. I sure hope she wants that!!!!!!

(1,180 posts)As explained above, MSNBC uses a "Live" bug above it's lower right corner logo when telecasting Live.
I repeat, IT IS NOT LIVE tonight!!

(4,919 posts)I love learning the proper names for obscure things. For example, I learned years ago that the NBC chimes and "Intel Inside" sounds were called "stingers". Is that right?
