What's going to be (should be) in Schumer's plan?

He said a couple of weeks ago on ABC's "This Week" program that within a month his party will be unveiling a "bold economic agenda" aimed at the middle class. The plan would form the basis of what Democrats would run on in the 2018 mid-terms, he added.

So what's going to be in that, or should be in it?

because it's never going to be enacted. It's sort of like the GOP all being for repeal and replace of the ACA when President Obama never would have signed any of their bills, now that they have a stooge who will sign anything they can agree on, they find they really can't agree enough on much.

There's a large difference between being an opposition party and a ruling party, and it happens to both sides.

For sure that's true, but the point Schumer was making at the time was basically they know it won't get enacted, but that the party recognizes it's got to market something that voters can get behind as opposed to just being anti-Trump(R). He promised that it wouldn't be "baby steps", but wouldn't provide any further clues.
