Why does David Brooks have a job at NPR & NYT?

I made the mistake of listening to his flabby facile reasoning on NPR this afternoon. Likely this trife will be on line later this day.

1. He's wishy-washy enough to seem inoffensively "reasonable"

unless you are reasonably offended by wishy-washiness.

2. Outside of the fact is he white male and has finished a college degree I can understand why anyone

employs this limited intelligence individual.
