Could be Ryan just does not want all the Democratic female members of Congress looking attractive and out doing the GOP men. There are elections coming up in a year and how could some old white male compete with a young Democratic female showing her guns in file footage to be used in campaigns. Seems to me the GOP like sleeveless women when they are trying to attract people to Fox News. I could be wrong.
