He also did not participate in G20 discussions but sat, bored and inattentive during addresses and discussions. He could not be bothered with dealing with the concerns of the world leaders in attendance.

So, nothing was lost nor gained by having his unqualified child sit in his seat. When people looked toward his seat, they saw one or the other non-participant in the business of the G20. PINO Trump attended so he could have an audience with the leaders of Russia and China for a brief period to learn their instructions. He did not go to enter into discussions and negotiations with the traditional allies of the United States.

It was a matter of no consequence to have his daughter hold his seat. It was an empty seat, no matter who occupied it.

On AMJoy this morning, Jonathan Capehart was sitting in for Joy Reid and brought up the fact that since Trump doesn't like to read his briefing documents, his staff provided tweet-sized notes that he could use to prepare himself for the meetings and discussion groups. (This was reported in the LA Times article below.) How STUPID and LAZY does one have to be that he cannot digest any information exceeding 140 characters at any one time?

So that's why the American president (small "p" on purpose, since dumbass doesn't deserve the respect that goes along with the office) sat through these meetings with a dumbass expression on his face since he didn't have anything intelligent to contribute.
