Monty Python has a skit that perfectly represents this moment in history.

It is the story of Mr. Creosote. In this allegorical tale Mr. Creosote represents the Republican Party.

The question is just how much bullshit, cow dung or other political scatological material the Republican Party can take before its ultimate bite renders the inevitable explosive finale. In the meantime the rest of us are trapped in the restaurant as unwilling witnesses to the ultimate engorging incarnation of modern Republicanism.

Just how much of this crap can Republicans take?
