I told my husband that juniors release was first step to his pardon.

1) release email
2) trump to say how his son is innocent and duped by Russians. That he is a good man father and husband and son. And how proud he is of him.
3) put out media interviews to help humanize him and to help make people feel bad for him. Thinking he doesn't deserve prosecution.
4) trump uses all of that to pardon his loving son. He just can't let him seemone day in jail.

Pardons all around?

How will the moderate Republicans out there respond? I mean the 35 or so percent of Republican voters, not the politicians.

I'm not doubting Trump would do that, I just wondering about the blowback.

I can't say I disagree with you, but do think the political blowback would be massive for certain GOP office holders.

It was a calculated decision.

If he pardons anyone I think he will be impeached pretty quickly.

They are both obviously in on the crimes. If they are pardoned, they will say we have to move on "for the good of the country" or some such nonsense.

1. If this is the kind of explosive info he's willing to release, then only God knows the mountains of evidence the Justice Dept. has on him...

2. For Trump to pardon would be to admit wrongdoing, and he'll never do that

3. DonkeyKongJr. is clearly the stupid, worthless waste of oxygen in the family... The most shamelessly nepotistic White House in history, and the President's firstborn son somehow can't get a job of any real substance while Ivana and Jared are talking face-to-face with world leaders. If he wasn't in the lucky sperm club he'd be picking up dogshit in the park for a living... So if push comes to shove, he's expendable.
