It needs to be said. Trump is an illegitimate president.

Trump really is everything that he said Obama was.

Trump is corrupted by a foreign power.
Trump has no loyalty to the US.
Trump doesn't love America beyond its real estate and fame industries
Trump doesn't understand America
Trump puts the needs of other nations first
Trump is incompetent
Trump has made America weak
Trump has made other nations laugh at us
Trump is the most corrupt president ever
Trump "is a threat to our country"
Trump is "one of the worst negotiators on everything I've ever seen"
"There's something going on — it's inconceivable. There's something going on."
"I think he's the worst president maybe in the history of our country,"
Trump is a disaster, weak, and ineffective (except when it comes to helping Russia)

And the Republicans have supported Trump every step of the way. The Republicans are in on it.

I really personally dislike our current president, so much so that my young daughters hate him (which isn't the best look, I'll admit). But everyone who is rushing for impeachment is too caught up in identity politics. Yes, Trump is loathsome and is doing real, maybe permanent, harm to the office of the President of the U.S. And that's bad. But worse is the policy that could be rushing through under a real Republican president and the current Congress. President Pence and/or Ryan would actually be getting stuff done. Why? Because they are competent at their jobs.

Trump is impotent as a president. The only thing he's done is replace Scalia with Scalia, which again, is really bad and was a stolen SCOTUS pick. But it didn't change anything; it maintained the status quo. Pence/Ryan/Congress would change things significantly.

So keep the flaccid orange right where he is for as long as possible and focus everything on winning the Senate in 2018.

It starts next year, when we replace a bunch of Republicans in the House with Democrats and regain control of the Senate. It continues in 2020, when we replace even more Republicans in Congress and the President. It is complete in 2022, when we make the Republican Party a permanent, minor political party.

That's our Revolution!

when you hear someone (erroneously) accuse
another of one devious scheme after another,
the accusers should be looked at in-depth as well.
