8. Someone needs to remind Hatch and his ilk that...

...whatever the sentence, fine, or other punishment they think Hillary deserves for using her private server, then by rights their hero Gen. David Petraeus deserves 10 times worse.

That's because the handful of "Confidential" emails found on Hillary's server had been sent to and from people holding the proper clearances to receive them; it was only the server itself that wasn't cleared for classified info.

By contrast, Petraeus personally placed documents classified at much higher levels than merely "Confidential" into the hands of his mistress, who held no security clearance. And then he flat-out lied to the FBI about it.

So, if they want to re-litigate Hillary's case, then they damn well better give the General actual prison time for his crimes, where he can perhaps share a cell with Jared for lying on his SF-86, Security Clearance Questionnaire.
