With Oregon tags and they pulled me over and I asked why he said I was riding in the passing lane and when I said I was passing that white car it became well you pulled back in front of it too quick. I explained those two things kind of cancel each other out and he said well I just want to run the dog around the car to make sure you don't have any large amounts of money and you can be on your way. They ripped the car apart, took my pot and left pissed when they didn't find any money...

Seems like they thought it might be a dealer because of dark tinted windows and no tag results. They couldn't see she was black when they stopped her because of the dark tinted windows. It's possible they were going to ticket the driver for the dark tint, but didn't because she's a VIP. Can't see the windows in that video. There's a law against dark tint in my area.

At least that's what it looks like to me.

Unless you can see that the windows are not so dark that they could see she was black, then that doesn't mean she was stopped for racial profiling.

Wonder why the video doesn't include the part that shows the windows? Sounds more likely to me that she escaped a ticket because she's a VIP. Maybe her windows aren't that dark, tho, or they don't have a law against it. We do, where I am. People have to be able to see into the car, & tinting can't be darker than a certain darkness that is specified.

A white southern male living in the South who gets all the perks that come with being a white southern male in the South...But I do feel immense sadness, frustration & even anger to know this kind of crap takes place all the time & not just in the South! And these cops pulling innocent African Americans over for nothing more than driving while black is what leads to so many of them getting murdered by the cops! I not a violent person but I don't know if I could be the respectable patient PEACEFUL citizens most African Americans are if this crap was happening to me & my family. It has to wear on people! I've read of people who have been pulled over 30-40 times in a year many by the same asshole cop! It is just not fair to have to live that way.
