Sen. Lindsey Graham said Thursday he believes its possible President Trump could name as many as four justices to the Supreme Court during his presidency.

What could be better than a guy -- who couldn't win a majority of the vote, even with foreign help -- dominating the courts with his appointments? Lindsey is lining up bodies behind the barricades in the fight for DC

According to the Mitch Rule, this means that SCOTUS nominees cannot be confirmed until there's a new POTUS.
