That seems to be the defense of the Jr, Kushner, Manafort meeting with the Russians.
I could be wrong but conspiracy to violate campaign law doesn't rely on whether anything of value was obtained does it?
It only matters that that was the motivation...correct?

So......of course Donnie wouldn't have had any "in hand" material. It was a strategy planning meeting.
