Donald Trump Jr. has lied about every aspect of the meeting over, and over, and over. Even as more information
has come to light, even with the release of the emails, he has still attempted to characterize the meeting as
unimportant and a waste of time that “went nowhere.” Those statements also appear to be blatant, indefensible
lies. And the information Veselnitskaya handed over, appears to be emails hacked from the DNC.

Kushner hustled out of the room. Trump Jr. was only disappointed that it didn’t come with footnotes.

2. Receiving property doesn't have to be physical

If they simply told them they committed espionage and had told them even at a high level what it was, and especially if they agreed to dump it all to Wikileaks in exchange for anything of value (dropping sanctions, e.g.) that would still be receiving stolen property.

a time they are seeking to pull Li'l Don's hiney out of the fire and focus on someone else. First we've heard of this. Why should this be believed? Wouldn't put it past the Putin-Trump crime gang to dump manufactured documents out there. If Trump had anything besides innuendo, CTs, and whining, he would have dropped it before the election.

Or gets a pardon.

In any event this will not get to a trial. It will be a political matter, not a criminal matter.
