As a former criminal defense lawyer I know for a fact that the person who needs a criminal lawyer the most is one who is innocent and wrongfully accused.

a foreign power to aid in a political campaign, lying on security clearance forms (Kushner), conspiring with a foreign power to interfere with US elections. Those are crimes.
Moral issues? Issues of disrespect for the rule of law that holds our society together? Don't get me started.
