Met w/head of Russian bank under sanctions as well as a (former?) spy.
Suggested to the Russian Ambassador that they use secure Russian Embassy communications capabilities to talk to the Kremlin w/o US spies listening in.
Failed to report (at least two that we know of) meetings with Russians.
One of those was straight up to collude with them to affect the election.
Reportedly was one of those encouraging the firing of Comey.
Was in charge of the data and the Cambridge Analytical people,

That is all very incriminating at best.
