The ACA will likely still have problems in 2018 (counties with no insurance provider, costs increasing, etc). The GOP will say they had a great fix, but the dems won't
work with them. What we really need is more GOP Senators!
How do we fight back? This is a great win, for people... but now we have to defend it.

It's bizarre, but the best case scenario for Democrats in this situation might have actually been for the Republicans to repeal and replace it with this monstrosity. The backlash they would have gotten would have been like the country had never seen before.

when we will have one..thousands and ultimately millions with the deep medicaid cuts would have died. It took us 100 years to get this.
