Why is the 8th person's lawyer saying his client went to interpret at the meeting?

There was ALREADY an interpreter there. The one who VESELNITSKAY brought to the meeting/court...who also was employed by the US STATE DEPT----and that whole State Dept connection isn't being talked about a lot. Hell, when they show attendees' pics on the news they don't even show a head shot of him even though some news websites have shown his Facebook pics...he's just kinda a side note.
But he was her interpreter. Was there a side meeting afterwards that HER interpreter didn't attend that the money laundering guy did or was her interpreter left out of the loop somehow because of talk that the rest didn't want him to hear?

Even more reason for all their asses to be brought in front of committees and invesigators...why the need for TWO interpreters?
