So PINO Trump Is Trying to Threaten the Senators?

Good luck with that, Donald. The Senate can cock-block you cold.

Trump needs to realize that his powers are limited and depend on cooperation by Congress in most areas. No President can successfully threaten the Senate or House, really. That's especially true for an inexperienced President who is a blunderer and knows little about government. He just got into the White House. Many of the Senators he is threatening have been elected several times and enjoy popularity in their states. Their seats are not dependent on Trump's approval.

Trump has some powers, but no money, really. He can act in certain ways, but can't pay for much of anything without the cooperation of Congress. He can appoint people to powerful positions, but the Senate has to approve those appointments in most cases. The Congress supplies the money and can withhold it if they choose to do so.

So, Donald, I wouldn't count on threats to work as a strategy. They're more likely to backfire on you, you great orange-haired lump.

I call him the Orange Pillock or the Orange Stain.

I simply cannot call him by name, nor will I ever. I love anything we can call him.

Whenever I need a good word, I look to the Brits for it!

"Great lump" is also a Britishism.

It's another British expression. According to Wiktionary:

cockwomble (plural cockwombles)
Noun
(Britain, slang, derogatory) A foolish or obnoxious person.

is equipped with one. They're quite useful, and in more than one way. I reject the idea that they are loathsome things, and so don't call people "dicks" as an insult, or for any other reason, really.

The contextual use of a word indicates which meaning is intended.

According to the ever-useful Urban Dictionary, "dick" has three definitions:

1.The male genitals
2.An abrasive man
3.Short-form for "Richard"

In my use referring to Trump, I meant meaning #2.

Regarding definitions #1 and #3, I whole-heartedly agree with you that dicks are not loathsome!

I think Bernie's town hall in McDowell County was focused on health care and he struck a chord on the issue. I am sure Capito saw what was going on.

are chipping away at any goodwill they might have had in the House and Senate. The Bully-Boy talk only works for a while. It stopped working for Christie, for instance, who was initially viewed as 'breath of fresh air.' Then people became weary, annoyed with the threats and crude, cocky attitude. And these are Jersey people who consider cocky attitudes a way of life. (Before anyone yells, I'm a native of New Jersey.)

I think the tell is the forced smiling you see on many Republican mugs, the laughing that has a decided edge to it.

Donald's problem is he's the Man Who Would Be King. He just doesn't get this 'equal parts' of governance thing. "Antiquated," he has said several times.

Thank God for antiquated!

Try to cut the ground out from under some Repug senators. Come their election time and the Democrats are going to find, fund and support the strongest candidate they can find for the opposition run. In short, they're going target any senator that you've already knee capped for them.

In case it hasn't penetrated that rat's nest that passes for your brain, Repugs have a razor thin majority in the senate. You and your reaver party can't afford to lose even one seat.

However, do keep on thinking{sic} that this is just another one of your reality shows.
