Protocol/department norm is for number 2 in the dept (forgot her name, think the first name is Shelly?)...if Trump "reaches down" and picks someone else to be interim, it is only to get one of his cronies who will let him get away with shit. Wow...good heads up, parting shot from this gentleman.
