He reveals how little he knows. He is truly in love with the sound of his own voice but it is what betrays him first. As soon as he starts babbling, any listener knows something is wrong. Then you see the transcript of what he says. If it is verbatim, it reeks of stupidity. Try reading it out loud but be prepared to get confused immediately. Sarah Palin's transcripts read the same way.
