That Deutsche bank is expecting subpoenas to turn over records.

Trump knew this before he said what he said about crossing a line.

Trump is putting it out there to garner support for it (and as a threat), for when he does fire Mueller.

He's channeling his intentions.

To remove it from under the DOJ and place it under the executive.

He means to not only fire Mueller but to make sure the FBI is neutered unless they are doing his bidding.

there supposedly ARE restrictions to the powers of the President, but Trump simply ignores everything he doesn't agree with, which is everything. The emoluments clause, being one of them. I believe Congress could impeach him on those violations alone, but of course we all know the GOP isn't going to do that. They'd tarnish their sterling reputation?

If he fires Mueller that's it, it's time to abandon ship, cleptocracy and oligarchy has prevailed. Think about all the shit Trump has said/done and still, still, republicans support him. Our system is broke, vestiges of ethics remain, pumping small trickles of blood into a few remaining heartbeats. I'm totally disheartened by this absolute quagmire of stress he puts on all of us. Think about this, he is disappointed he couldn't throw 32 million out of their health insurance? Anyway, I have little hope, just waiting for Tarkin to give the final order for Alderan. I guess the news cycles with dim leader just have me vexed. Anyway I do have a good beer in my hand so to end on a positive.

*45 is just pissed because he now realizes that Russia Election Alliance issues are just one small part of the larger RICO / money laundering case being built....

*45 also knows that all money laundering activities have passed thru NY at some point ...
hence NY has jurisdiction...
And potus pardons won't apply to state crimes
And neither does any immunity from prosecution while sitting potus... because the RICO acts began before he became potus

Plus.....
*45 needs 3 signatures to give vlad back his US compounds...
Sec of Treasury
AG
SoS

Except Sessions is recused from all things Russian...
so Deputy AG Rosenstein would have to sign off on it..
Hence the pissy party about Sessions recusal..
*45 needs to get a non-recused AG that will go along with Treasury & Sec State & agree to return possession of compounds to Vlad....

The federal courts do not have exclusive jurisdiction on RICO cases but the defendant can remove it to federal court, if the matter is originally filed in a state court. I think NYAG will file a criminal case based on State law to prevent removal to federal court and pursuing a matter that would allow a President to exercise his authority to pardon.
(I'm not saying that Trump could pardon himself but the next one could, the same way Ford pardoned Nixon.)
