Repeal with a Delay is Simply Repeal Alone
The Republicans have proven, over the past 7 years that they are incapable of coming up with a healthcare plan that will even get through the Senate with a passing vote.
So, if they repeal ACA, it's the kiss of death for any healthcare policy until Democrats regain control of Congress and the White House.
So, we'd better start planning for 2018 and 2020 in earnest. Otherwise, millions of people will have no healthcare at all. Time to hunker down and come together as a winning party, I think. We've fiddle-farted around too long already.
