I went to Freeperville. They're heeeeeeere. The Russian Trolls.

That's what I think, after a walk around Freeperville. This looks a lot like what was described as the Russian trolling that was done during the campaign. They have fake social media posters (thousands of them) who post on social media far-right, outrageous things, and get those already so inclined worked up into a dither.

Some pretty outrageous comments about Mueller, and looks like it's been going on a while. Like:

"We need pictures. We need to know what these people look like. We need to be able to recognize them on the street" (speaking about Mueller's team)

" The truth is not a defense in the face of a witch hunt."

"Good. They’ve never had to deal with someone from the private sector who has the resources, will, and strength of character as Trump."

"They have been wiretapping trump for over a year. He should have loyal services wiretapping them and then taking them down for treason."

"As Mel Brooks once said in a movie “It’s good to be king. President/King Trumps Mueller and his Pawns!"

"The (Independent Counsel) is blackmailing 1/2 of Washington. The IC has been tapping all their stuff.... Why is it taking so long? Trump has been surveillancing IC. They are royally F’d. No more wives, mistresses, gay lovers, pedophile trysts, etc. He has the goods on them and he did it below their radar."

And much much worse that frankly I don't care to repeat.

Then a link to a JUNE hit piece on Mueller in something called "Accuracy in Media" (an oxymoron), called "Conspiracy of Silence about Mueller."

They LOVE that Trump is "fighting back." That's precisely why they like him. He's fighting the swamp!

Could it be that not only Trump and his lawyers and Trumpers are going to go after Mueller and his team personally, but Russia will, too? I think that's entirely possible.

It's hard to read posts there. Really...some of those people are openly anti-female, racist, mean, violent, either stupid or uninformed (or intentionally misleading), and openly and proudly so.

One example of intentionally misleading...posts saying that Mueller & his team have been wiretapping Trump for over a year, even though informed people know that Mueller was appointed just a couple of months ago.

But their attitude will be one NOT to think Trump or his aides or family are guilty. As one poster said, "truth is no defense to a witch hunt," so they will represent that Trump and his aides are wrongly accused or charged or found guilty. These people, the ones who are still with him, will NEVER admit Trump or his people have done anything wrong, much less illegal.

They also are reveling in the fight. It's as if Trump is an extension of their anger against anyone and everyone, and they see themselves fighting those others...feminists, black activists, gays, Democrats, libruls, Muslims, etc.
