(6,376 posts)IF he was being completely honest in it. It would be incredible to hear him spill about all the lies that he knew he was telling but had no choice because he was ordered to, how awful it made him feel every day, etc.
I actually think Spicer may be a honest, good person who signed up for something, not realizing how bad it was going to get. But I don't feel an ounce of remorse for him, because he had plenty of chances to get out and instead, he just buried himself further and further.

(14,916 posts)I feel a little sorry for him that he didn't get to meet the Pope due to Trump's callousness and/or spite, but he should never have gone down this dark road. He shredded whatever credibility he might have had in his profession to serve this monster, and there was absolutely no loyalty in return. Choices have consequences.
