Health plan - $12,000
2 weeks paid vacation - $2000
Retirement plan matching - $5000
Unemployment insurance - $1000 (depending on state)

That makes a total of $73,750.

Am I missing something, other than optional things like life insurance, bonuses, overtime, company picnic?
