You need evidence Russia hacked to say Russia hacked -> Russia is so good they don't leave evidence -> Therefore any evidence of Russia hacking is null because Russia doesn't leave evidence

With that in mind:
My microwave has no evidence it has ever been hacked
Russia leaves no evidence they hack things
Therefore, Russia might have just hacked into my microwave
