Notice that in her blog post, all she says is that she's committed to repealing and replacing the ACA with something better. She's still looking for a way to increase Medicaid for West Virginians.

That's what she's always been trying to do. Basically, nothing as changed as of right now. She never said, or gave the indication, that she would vote for the current repeal.

She even says in the video posted on the page that she wants something that works well for West Virginians and the current plan isn't there yet.
