Too many poor minority people who vote are still alive, they have to do something about that.

They are under enormous pressure from Kochs, their fringe and their own big damn mouths...but as long as they fear an election, they aren't going to brand themselves the destroyers of health care.

I believe it won't even come to a real vote. No one wants his name forever on that unless the whole party commits.
