Trump and his allies are simply painting a new reality about health care that is totally false. The ACA is NOT failing. And it is NOT a threat to the national well being. By implying that it is a threat to the country is fear mongering and playing to his volatile base. These people are on the edge already because so many are desperate.

In effect Trump is implying that failure to repeal will cause national disaster of sorts. It is more of a sense than perhaps a fact.
