This, almost more than anything else, shows me how absolutely reversed everything has become.

The President of the United States giving a speech at your organization's event is a PR Disaster rather than an Amazing Honor. WTF?

Hit with yet another massive wave of overwhelming dissociation from reality and deep denial that this is actually happening. A decline in a matter of degrees is one thing. The abrupt change from Obama to Trump is simply too stark to mentally grapple with most days.
