Since he won, I've been remembering a Next Generation Episode where Dr. Beverly Crusher keeps noticing that crew members keep disappearing, until she's alone on the ship. It's already happening to 45: He is too incompetent to get all his staff hired, they keep refusing him, some are quitting, and the rest he's firing. At some point he's going to be a lonely old man, talking to the curtains in the oval office, because no one will be there. They will have run for the hills on the advice of their lawyers:

(6,066 posts)In the Trump Dreck episode, the underlying premise is that Trump was propelled into an alternate reality by the shock of losing to Hillary, but that alternate reality is collapsing because it is too unsound to exist for long. Jared and Ivanka have been desperately trying to extract him from the deteriorating alternate universe.
Happy ending: Trump is stuck in the alternate reality while it collapses into a singularity, but the rest of us are safe in the real, rational universe.

(21,998 posts)Dr. Beverly Crusher is nothing like Trump.
She's intelligent and compassionate. She solves problems using logic and science. Trump is nothing like that.
On the other hand, in the episode you've referenced, Dr. Crusher was trapped in a "warp bubble" that sent her to a parallel universe. If only we could arrange that for the Idiot.
