Something inspiring and uplifting. Trump isn't capable of anything like that, so instead the shabby son of a bitch used it as a Nurmberg style rally done like a half ass Bob Hope USO tour, off color innuendo and all.
Maybe the Scout Leadership was taken by surprise by this, they shouldn't have been. It calls into question their critical thinking abilities and wisdom.
A full apology is necessary at this point.
