House of Blues, a Live Nation venue in South Carolina, announced its decision to cancel a Jamey Johnson concert after the singer's team refused to abide by the venue's weapons policy: "As always, the safety and security of our guests is our number one priority. Tonight's artist refused to adhere to our safety and security guidelines and would not enter the building."
We applaud House of Blues and Live Nation for their commitment to a gun sense policy that prioritizes the safety of all guests.

(3,613 posts)Assuming they let private security carry guns, but not performers. Never heard of the performer or the venue, this probably is barely news.
