Jared Kushner may have just been caught violating the Presidential Records Act heres why

"SNIP...........

White House senior advisor and Donald Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner is trouble once again, this time for his use of a cell phone app designed to erase all traces of communication.

“Splinter has confirmed that Kushner downloaded an encrypted messaging application that permits users to send disappearing messages,” Kashmir Hill reports. “The use of the app by White House officials has the potential to undermine the Presidential Records Act.”

Then-press secretary Sean Spicer reportedly lectured White House staffers in February that use of Signal was a violation of the federal law.

Kushner’s official role gives him increased scrutiny, but he is not the only member of Trump’s inner circle to have been found, so far, to be using the app. Splinter also revealed Trump confidant and attorney Michael Cohen is using the App.

IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU'RE A REPUBLICAN!

We should all remember that by now. These "rules", and "laws", and things like "regulations" don't apply to Republicans, and especially Republicans that are Der Gropenfuhrer's son-in-law. Democrats.......D-E-M-O-C-R-A-T-S have to abide by these silly trivialities. You could ask a Republican why this is, but they probably wouldn't give you an answer. They don't feel the need to.

So..........no harm, no foul. Everything continues as it always has.

Seriously...who will call him to task, who will charge him, who will do a GD thing to stop this? We've pinned a lot of hope on Muellerand he has bigger matters to deal with.

there would be no news, correct? Networks, one after the other, reporting on nothing but foreign news and local "man bites dog" human interest stories. OK, I'll give it a shot! I'm getting very tired of this crap night after night.

A belated "welcome" to DU as well.

My point, made badly, was that it WOULD be news if any of this damnable clan honored and followed the law. A the law-breaking is to be expected, we know by now.

Of course everyone/everyapp stores everything they can about everyone.

Fine print notwithstanding.

If you put it out there in the ether, it will be gathered, stored, analyzed, and forwarded to lots of "business partners".

Imagine if you were in the USSR or russia/china today. If you say something negative about chairman mao or commisar putin, your future is uncertain.

Now imagine the the USofA is the same.

Under drumpf, no imagination needed.

Busy people keep their meetings, appointments etc., on their calendars. Why would he be able to forget the Russian meetings if all he had to do when filling out his forms would be to go through his calendar/appointment book/day planner?

Apparently all of the clan of NYC shysters/gangsters are big fans of having one set of records that might be obtained under duress and another that will never be disclosed without knee-capping.

Subpoena drumpf all you want but all you'll get are calendars full of golf outings, sitting in the tub blowing bubbles.

I imagine SIL will have similar ways to show how he's spending the taxpayer dollars. Preening, popping viagra for FIL's slut daughter, boning up on the next crisis.
