If the Russian sanctions bill passed by Congress isn't vetoed,

what and how would Putin react to it? Obviously Russia will feel short changed by the fake prez since they invested so much into the "meddling" and expected results in return. And what does the Donald do as a result of any negative Russian feedback? We know that he doesn't listen to anyone except for the crazy little voice in his head.

These are very confusing times that we are living in.

How does that work, and what is the timeline for it to occur?

The majority of the people know what they have done, and the result is going to be more sanctions. Trump has foolishly made it so obvious that he is hiding something, that he can't do anything without it being suspect.
