How to stop ridiculous legislation in congress...3 Republicans switch to the Democratic party

If that happened there would a shift in how the legislature is run. If Collins, Murkowski, and (??) changed parties there would be a check on Trump. While it would take great courage, this would offer the country stability when it came to new legislation. Also, there would be a stronger voice against Trump. Again, it would not be easy and would take incredible courage on the 3 party changers, but it would stabilize the environment substantially.

If they were "independents" then the Democrats would have the majority. It would have the same result.

It is an idea that would make a big difference till the next election. It would give the country a check on this.

To still be a Republican these days, you have to be hardcore. (Even if you pretend to be otherwise on tv from time to time.)
