After Idiot Son and now Donny Two Scoops, can we FINALLY get off this we need a bidnisman bullshit?

The Worst President Ever and the NEW Worst President Ever were both business men. And neither one of them ran anything more than a mom and pop business.

Can we get back to politicians. Back to people who understand government? Back to people who understand how governing works.

asked the people I know who have said "Government should be run more like a business."

Curiously the only people I know who have ever said that to me are all government employees who got their initial jobs right out school and have never worked in the private sector.

weird, huh? Oh yeah that question always stops them in their rant. Like deer in headlights.

Conmen are not good businessman, may be we could take the Trump shuttle to the Trump casino, while we have Trump steaks, Trump water before we use the Trump University education to file for a Trump mortgage. What? I can't, why not.

Can I still go to the bathroom at Trump Soho, or Trump Drake Hotel? No,

America, still has the White House?

Why would anyone think that experience in the field is a detriment? We don't take our cars to bakers, we don't buy wedding cakes from wildcatters, or get brain surgery from a lawyer.

Maybe it's because for the people who crave authoritarianism, their boss is their most regular example of an authoritarian.

6. We just need to purge the whole damn GOP.

And by purge, I mean vote every single god damn one of them out of office for this. Trump is the worst president we've ever had, and he's turned the country into an embarrassment. They don't deserve to run this country. They have ruined it enough, and they need to get the fuck out.

And that we all are competing with each other to WIN. That may be at the core of a businessman's ideology, but it has no place in global politics. We are citizens, not shareholders.

It's all about crushing and humiliating the "competition" and that is what he thinks every other country is (except for Russia), even our allies. He wouldn't know what diplomacy was if it bit him on his fat ass. He has no business being in government at all. For that matter, neither do most republicans, but at least some of them have some idea as to how to conduct themselves appropriately, even though their political beliefs might be odious.

I mean, at the expense of just being basically competent at your job.

I'm 100% for injecting new ideas and energy into improving tired systems. But those fresh ideas should come from people who have a demonstrated understanding of how things work currently.
