I seemed they are busy crafting an excuse to vote for it. At this stage , all ryan has to do is say, sure we will go to conference. Its surreal. United state senators who are openly admitting this bill is a fraud and woud hurt people and yet, saying they would vote for it just to get it to conference. They are abdicating their responsabilities.
