...apparently the language was changed to comply with Senate rules and avoid the need for a waiver.

...looks like they changed the waivers to avoid parliamentary ruling, essentially a con to get the bill to the House where it would certainly be changed back (on all the 'skinny' provisions).

for effectively all of their full time employees (95% or more). It varies some by the size of the employer.

I hope there are at least 4 Senators who don't trust him. It's a real cop out to say you just want to get it to conference. It's just a way to have it both ways.

The democratic party needs to get out front on this and back single payer/medicaid for all now!

So everyone will know who to blame when poor kids start dying and old folks are stacked up like cord wood outside of closing nursing homes.

Fuck this BS! We tried it tried it every other way and IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

Way past time to join the rest of the world with guaranteed health care dammit!
