I presume it goes back to conference, possibly
gets readjusted ..

.. but really it's all just chaos and confusion.

It would have to be reintroduced from scratch which, as I said below, makes it a new bill that can't be adopted through the reconciliation process, so one that could be filibustered.

...I think this means they can't try again using budget reconciliation until next year. They can still introduce other repeal bills, but they'd need 60 votes in the Senate.
