At this point some may consider Trump to be a lame duck, but he's not a lame duck

A luck duck needs to be elected, Trump is a neverwas. There were a lot more Senators who wanted to vote no yesterday, but as long as they knew the bill was dead they didn't have to. To say Trump has zero political capital would be an understatement, Trump is a liability, and Mueller's investigation is just beginning.

At this point in his presidency, W was considered over
and done. Then 9/11 happened.

We need to get rid of 45 before he gets a Reichstag fire opportunity.

Bush's approval rating was never under 50% until after the Iraq War, Trump has never been over 40%
