Did a job just open up for Jeff Sessions?

And he won't have to be fired after all?

Is it possible that AG Sessions could be moved to the open Homeland Security position?

Nothing is beyond the man in the high castle.

Lindsey Graham said there would be "holy hell to pay" if Sessions were fired. What kind of hell would have to be paid if he was simply moved to another department? Most likely, Sessions would gladly accept the job.

Then there is the open Attorney General position...

...because of what they know about each other.

they have an irresolvable dilemma. neither can say anything against the other without exposing themselves and neither can prevent the investigation from going forward.

sessions won't resign because it gains him nothing.

Session's best shot is to turn state's witness and get the best deal he can. the question is: how much does he know. is it enough to get a good enough deal? i think if it were, he would have already taken that option.

it is the house full of chaos! Trump is still trying to influence the investigation! And there again, will the Senate approve Trump's next victim for AG?
